Miamisburg Schools Education Foundation – Luke Meadows Memorial Scholarship

Luke attended Bear Elementary School and was a 2009 graduate of Miamisburg High School. He was in the band, loved the outdoors and was an Eagle Scout in Troup 26. He had a passion for helping others and graduated from Sinclair Community College in the Firefighter/Paramedic program. After working at New Lebanon and Lebanon fire departments, he returned to his hometown to serve on the Miami Valley Fire District. Applicants must:

• Be a graduate from Miamisburg High School
• Have a minimum Grade Point Average of 2.5 based upon a 4.0 scale
• Be accepted to or currently attending a two- or four-year firefighter and/or paramedic program
• Plan to attend a firefighter and/or paramedic program or major in nursing
