Vandalia Butler Foundation - Bec's Bunch Remembrance Run Legacy Scholarship for Design

This scholarship honors the memory of Rebecca Bone Pelfrey. Rebecca was a very creative woman who loved design. Her background and education in the field of interior design allowed her to decorate homes and create outfits for family and friends. She earned her Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees at Ohio University.
