Paul R. and Frieda M. Miller Memorial Scholarship Fund
The Paul R. and Frieda M. Miller Memorial Scholarship Fund was established to enable a deserving student, who is of good moral character, to attend an accredited college. Paul and Frieda Miller were graduates of historically Black institutions. Both were educators, and Frieda taught in the Dayton Public Schools.
