Mike Brock STEM Scholarship

Mike was a 1972 graduate who played Varsity-level football, basketball and baseball for the Belmont Bison. This scholarship was established in 2018 to enable those who also participated in extra-curricular sports and sports-supporting activities, an opportunity to continue their education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) related fields. Applicants must:
• Be a graduating senior, or a graduate of Belmont High School
• Be accepted and planning to attend a technical school, a two- or four-year college or university, or a graduate program as a full-time student
• Planning to earn a degree in a STEM field with a priority to students pursuing a science or mathematics degree
• Must have a minimum 3.0 gpa on a 4.0 scale
• Must show participation in competitive varsity sports, including cheerleading and marching band. Team managers are also eligible to apply

$2,000 renewable for two additional years
