Vandalia Butler Foundation - Joseph A. Forte Memorial Scholarship
The Joseph A. Forte Memorial Scholarship was established by his family and friends in 2007 for Vandalia students who plan to pursue a degree from an accredited Ohio college as a full- or part-time student. Butler High School seniors who wish to apply must have a gpa of 3.5 or below.
