Moraine Rotary Scholarship Fund
The Moraine Rotary Club Scholarship Fund was established to financially assist graduating seniors who are residents of the City of Moraine who have been accepted to a two- or four-year accredited college, university or institution of higher learning. Applicants must:
- Be a resident of the City of Moraine, Ohio
- Be a graduating senior of West Carrollton High School, Kettering Fairmont High School, or any other area high school
- Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale (The selection committee reserves the right to waive the 3.0 GPA requirement and award the scholarship to a student who can show continual academic improvement through his or her high school career.)
- Be accepted at an accredited college, university or technical school
- Demonstrate financial need
- Show a history of community service
- Demonstrate participation in school, church and community activities
- Scholarship recipients will need to attend a Moraine City Council Meeting or a club meeting to receive the scholarship.
