Oakwood Schools Foundation – Paige and Robert (Bob) Bartlett, Jr. Memorial Scholarship

The Paige and Robert (Bob) Bartlett Jr Memorial Scholarship was established in 2024 to honor Paige and Robert Bartlett for their tremendous passion for the Dayton and Oakwood community. Paige was active in the Dayton community throughout her adult life. For over 20 years she served on the Oakwood School Board including as President for three terms and Vice President for two terms. While serving on the Board, Paige was monumental in the establishment of the Oakwood Schools Foundation in 1989. Paige had an extreme passion for helping all children achieve their goals, and was a giver, always putting others before herself while making a positive impact on everyone she encountered. Bob played a critical role in supporting Paige and her community involvement while supporting the community as an attorney specializing in First Amendment, libel and slander, right of privacy, access to news, Freedom of Information Act, and product liability defense litigation. Bob’s expertise and dedication in these various areas coupled with his passion for helping people with their needs relating to their personal, legal, financial, employment, and fairness in life issues made him a valuable asset to the community.
