Marvin O'Cull Scholarship - Vandalia Butler Foundation

The Marvin O’Cull Scholarship was established in 1996 in the memory of a long-time Vandalia-Butler Optimist Club member who died in 1988. This scholarship is available to Butler High School students entering the field of engineering. Applicant must show involvement in community and school activities and demonstrate a financial need.
