Vandalia Butler Foundation - Marvin L. O'Cull Scholarship Fund

This scholarship was established in 1996 in memory of a long-time Vandalia-Butler Optimist Club member, Marvin O’Cull, who died in 1988. Applicants must:

• Be a Butler High School graduating senior planning to major in the field of engineering
• Plan to enroll in a four-year accredited college beginning the fall semester following graduation.
• Must show involvement in community and school activities
• Must demonstrate financial need
